This time, we would like to introduce you to a trail with some truly local flavours…

“The Gruyère cheese dairies trail”, a refreshing walk through forests, chalets and meadows to discover the cheeses of the region. What better way to relax on the fine days of an Indian summer?

First, you can travel to Pringy by bus or train to visit La Maison du Gruyère. Then you can follow a trail up to the village of Moléson-sur-Gruyère, at an altitude of 1100 m.

There you will find the Alpine cheese dairy, where you can enjoy one of the best fondues around! Tried and tested by us.

You can return to Hotel D Bulle by public transport from Moléson-sur-Gruyère to Bulle. For the more energetic, and to prolong the magic, you can follow the trail in reverse back to Bulle.
